Principal / Representative
Positive, quirky, and an amazing cook… Oh, and easily excitable. These are a few of the terms my clients, friends and family use to describe me. Well, I don’t know about quirky and easily excitable, but I am positively fabulous in the kitchen.
With a propensity to make things happen and a knack for putting people together, I’ve enjoyed a successful 43 years of peddling beautiful furniture to Designers and Procurement companies. For 4 generations my family made their living in the furniture industry, and while I followed suit, my legacy is in sales.
I’m proud to say that I could hold my own at a show-and-tell event, having worked on some of the grandest, most sophisticated and beautiful Hospitality and Commercial properties. But what I am most proud of is the Team that I have assembled and mentored, and the Company they have become. If you have worked with us before, you know the level of service and care they afford. VP of Sales / Associate Representative
I have been with MZA for 18 of my 20+ years in Hospitality, where I started as a Project Manager. Quickly developing positive relationships with so many talented people, it was not long before my career path was realized.
It was my good fortune to be working for one of the most respected and creative Sales Representatives in our industry, Mitch Zerg, and I capitalized on that by being the best student I could be, focusing and learning from him everything I could about the Design, Purchasing and Manufacturing industries as related to Sales and Ambassadorship.
Now an Associate Representative as well as the VP of Sales for MZA, I am more inspired and focused than ever. The gratitude I feel to be an integral part of so many amazing projects, working with incredible people from the most well-known Design and Purchasing firms in the world is what motivates me to exceed expectations and conquer challenges.
I hope we get the opportunity to get to know each other. I promise to be an integral part of the success of your next project.
Business Manager may be my title, and a large part of what I am tasked with, but I am fondly referred to by the office team as “Houseboy”. I guess it’s because in addition to my "titled" position, I fix things. Paper shredders, electronics gone awry, the coffee machine... You know, all of the things they need to successfully market our lines and manage our client’s projects. While extremely efficient and effective, they are a silly lot. 😉
I came on board as a full-time MZA resident in 2015 after a 17+ year stint of being a Consultant for my good friend and neighbor, Mitch Zerg. I built and maintained the office computers, infrastructure, and the MZA website for Mitch, and I created digital graphics for mailers, line cards, stickers, etc.
Today, in addition to the Graphic Design and IT jobs, I work with Mitch, developing the business, handle the internal Accounting and HR tasks, and keep the software package I developed up to date, as it is used to manage every aspect of our business operations.
I must admit that I do get immense satisfaction from fixing things for the team ;-), but what gives me the most fulfillment is sharing the experience I've gained in life with my MZA family, as it applies to the everyday situations and operations of our wonderful company.

With a background in fashion, I have always been interested in a design aesthetic. I appreciate the beauty of color, texture, and design lines, whether in a beautiful piece of jewelry, sexy car, or an enticing craft cocktail.
After having my own clothing and accessories showroom, I decided to make the transition from personal fashion to that which services communities through interiors.
I came to work with MZA in 2004. It is inspiring to work on projects with my very talented clients, watching a space really transition and create a mood with furniture, accessories, color, and lighting!
And as I am working on all aspects of client projects, you can bet there will be a 4 legged assistant nearby, perhaps 2 and maybe three. I am passionate about puppies! Truly, the more the merrier!

Since 2010 I’ve represented MZA’s manufacturers on projects worldwide, working with the leading design firms and purchasing companies in Northern California, the Northwest, and Colorado, covering both the hospitality and commercial sectors, from in-stock to custom design.
I’ve earned the trust of my clients. Always conscious of their needs, I take pride in providing them imaginative, timely problem solving and exceptional customer service.
Throughout my career I’ve been deeply involved in the Network for Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH), serving as a past President of the San Francisco chapter, Director of three national leadership conferences, and five years as a member of the International Board of Directors.
I enjoy the people I meet and have come to know in the industry - so many of those relationships have become truly special!
When I’m not at my computer or on the phone with clients, you’ll find me on a hiking trail, loving nature and the great outdoors!
I've been an Associate Representative at MZA since 2016, and over these last 4 years I’ve learned volumes about the needs of our clients. In this ever-changing and challenging Industry, I’ve learned the criticality of client deadlines and the importance of communications between all involved. So much can get lost in translation so I make it my priority to be aware of the details, following up throughout all phases of a project.
I get the most satisfaction and joy out of collaborating with designers & architects to navigate difficult project scenarios. I am a problem solver by nature and tend to run toward the storm to be as active as possible in finding solutions.
I know my way around LA and I'll always go the extra mile to make sure each job is executed correctly and promptly.
My passions outside of my career include surfing, snowboarding, fitness, hiking, riding BMX, cooking, and mornings at the beach with my wife, Natalie and my dog, Olive.
It’s quite simple. I just love what I do! Building relationships with my clients over the past several decades as a multiline sales representative in hospitality has been fun and rewarding. I take pride everyday in challenging myself to provide the best possible service and attention to detail for my clients and their projects. The greatest gift I have received is the respect and trust I have gained from my clients and colleagues.
Joining the MZA team as an associate representative to focus on the contract/commercial sector in my native city of Las Vegas is an exciting new addition to my career and especially the opportunity to learn more from the very best.. the most professional and energetic person in the industry (that would be Mitch)😉
When I am not at the office my passion shifts to animal advocacy supporting the local nonprofit, no kill animal rescue organizations in various ways. I also enjoy traveling to far away places to experience authentic cultures and cuisines.

I have had the pleasure of working with the MZA team as a Manufacture’s National Sales Manager since 2014. In this time, I’ve developed amazing relationships with the entire MZA team. Working with Mitch, the most dynamic and respected Hospitality rep in the industry, and his team has been an extremely valuable and rewarding experience.
We have shared many successful projects, working with such wonderful clients from the most well-known Design firms, properties, and Purchasing firms.
Throughout my 35 years in furniture, I have had extensive and diversified experiences, including ownership of retail stores, importing, manufacturing, marketing, and hospitality sales management.
Aside from work, you will likely find me mountain biking, skiing, boating, and, most importantly, spending time and creating cherished memories with my amazing family!
I am excited to join the MZA family and add another chapter to my career. I feel honored to be a part of this dedicated team that focuses on each project, ensuring that the results exceed all expectations for their valued clients.

Hi! I have been working at MZA since 2014. I started as Mitch’s Executive Assistant (handful, I know 😊) and have since moved into my current role as Sr. Project Manager. My favorite part of our industry is getting to know our clients and building lasting relationships through our tight-knit community. I enjoy working through all aspects of our projects and making sure they are each handled with the utmost importance. You are in good hands with me since I have learned from the best here at MZA!
Aside from work I love the outdoors, reading, and spending time with my husband + our fur baby, Olive.
